Hydraulical scrapers

This unique extra heavy duty hydraulic system is designed for very long corridors (up to 200m) and yards (maximum width of 18m). Having moving flaps at the edge makes the system adjust to the real corridor width even if the corridor is of slightly variable width. No manure is left behind!

The scraper's body and flaps are built for heavy duty use and are hot-dip galvanized

Both dragging U and the metal canal are built from high quality steel to withstand wear. Special adjustment plates are placed below the dragging U so as to compensate future wears.

Each corridor can have its own pump and control board in order to achieve maximum autonomy. Each hydraulic station has its own control board so that in case of failure only one alley is out of order. The system is built in such a way that the hydraulic stations are interchangeable. In case of need, one station can be connected to a different corridor reducing the length of time the system is out of service.

The most economical solution is to use one hydraulic station for up to 6 corridors. In this case a PLC control box is installed. All the corridors functions are regulated centrally.

The unique design of the cylinder and the automatic change-over valve, provides a smooth operation with minimal maintenance needs.
